My name is Chris Boucher and I'm offering residential architectural design services. Ive been doing business under my sole-proprietorship as well as working under a licensed architect for the last 6 years. I can provide samples of my work if requested.
My services entail:
-New house plans (from scratch or redraws)
-Renovations/remodels
-Decks/patios (wood or steel/concrete)
-Garages (new attached & detached)
I'm pretty flexible when it comes to pricing; new construction is fairly simple to give you a concrete price on the spot whereas remodels have to be assessed on a site visit to see exactly how much work and time will go in to the drawings. I will beat any price! Please note, I have a limited library of small plans to look at.
